The process for achieving this alliance is based on a dynamic, non-sequential process model involving four broad, looping phases: Inquiry, Discovery, Experience and Application. The model is called The IDEA of Learning™.
The experience is thoughtfully guided, within broadly established parameters, by consultants who have mastered these learning processes and models. Coalition members must be willing to allow their sometimes strongly and longly held beliefs, attitudes, emotions and behaviors to be examined.
The two pillars upon which this process is supported and sustained are Common Purpose and Mutual Respect. The intention is create a constructive, but challenging environment where individual and group transformation can occur.
